1. Return Guidelines for Consumables

At Asmies, we pride ourselves on the freshness and purity of our artisanal herbal teas and organic spices. Due to the food grade nature and safety standards of our consumable products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or had their safety seals broken.


2. Eligible Returns

We accept returns and issue full refunds or exchanges under the following circumstances:

  • Incorrect Items: If you received a product different from the one you ordered.
  • Damaged Packaging: If the product seal was damaged or broken during shipping prior to delivery.
  • Quality Concerns: If you identify a structural quality defect with the product.

To claim a return, you must notify our customer support within 48 hours of receiving the delivery, providing clear photos of the items and the packaging.


3. Refunds Process

Once your return claim is reviewed and approved by our quality control team, we will process your refund. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment card via Paystack, or sent via bank transfer depending on the original payment channel. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund credit to reflect in your account.


4. Shipping Costs for Returns

If the return is due to our error (incorrect or damaged product), Asmies will cover all courier return shipping costs. For standard exchanges or change of mind on unopened items within 7 days, you will be responsible for the return courier logistics fees.
